MY INNER HEALTH CLUB
WHEN LIFE GETS OVERWHELMING I THINK OF MYSELF BEING BY THE LAKE. FEELING THE SILENCE AND JUST BREATHING. BEING ALONE WITH ME. MAYBE FEELING LONELY BUT ENJOYING IT. BUT IN REALITY THE LAKE IS TO FAR TO REACH. WITH MY INNER HEALTH CLUB I CAN ESCAPE TO MY IMAGINARY LAKE - TAKING MY DEEP BREATHS AT HOME BUT FINDING THAT FREEDOM IN MY MIND
ever since I had Arlo, I very easily get to the point of total exhaustion. there is rarely enough time for me to take actual breaks from working and being there for my son. my energy level is on a constant low and I really need to work on recharging. I can only focus doing that if I have it marked in my calendar and have a course I have to attend.
I enrolled in the MY INNER HEALTH CLUB course FEELING EXHAUSTED? - this spoke to me. Qigong is an ancient practice that combines breath work and yoga movements as a simple method for more daily energy. I integrated the courses into my daily schedule to really make time for myself.
Qigong has helped me to cleat my mind and be present in the moment. I definitely didn't have the energy at the beginning to actually be fully present and it took me some time. but afterwards always felt so in balance. I felt more at ease and being focused definitely helped me with my energy level. I still have a long way to go but I am looking forward in continuing MY INNER HEALTH CLUB course and kept all the dates any my schedule to continue to do so.
